"The China-US air traffic right negotiation will begin during the last ten-day of the month." the Deputy Director General RS of FAA confirmed it to the reporters at the news release conference held on 12 April.
But when asked whether the specific time of negotiation is April 19 or not, he didn't give any definite answer, towards the concerned content in both sides' negotiation, he expressed the idea that their organizations wouldn't attend the negotiation, so they didn't know about it.
It's known that, the upcoming China-US air traffic right negotiation will examine the executive circs of 2004 China-US aviation agreement, discuss how to open the aviation right further for both sides. According to this agreement, to 2010, the airlines amount operating China-US routes will increase to each 9 from each 4, China-US both sides each could increase 195 flights every week, which includes 111 fright flights and 84 passenger flights.
