Travel Advisory: Dragonair to Move Counters at Hong Kong International Airport
Oct. 13, 2009
Dragonair is advising passengers that it will move its counter operations at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to Aisle H in the Departure Hall of Terminal 1 with effect from October 25, 2009.
From that date, all check-in counters for the airline's departure flights, reservations and ticketing counters, and bag-drop counters for Online Check-in passengers will be situated in Aisle H. Common Use Self Service check-in kiosks and the Marco Polo Club/Asia Miles Service Desk for Dragonair passengers will be located in the same area.
The new counters at Aisle H will be ready for operation from the first departure on October 25. Check-in counters will continue to open two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time and will close 40 minutes before departure. However, passengers are reminded to check-in as early as possible to allow sufficient time to get to their respective boarding gates. Passengers who have checked in online or via "KA Mobile" can go straight to bag-drop counters for baggage check-in.
