China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2015 Opens in Beijing

China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2015, with the theme "Strategic Cooperation of Silk Road Economies Through Improved Air Connectivity", opened in Beijing on June 24-25, which is the highest-level government sponsored official aviation forum in China.
As the forum host, Zhou Laizhen, Deputy Chief of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), announced the opening of China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2015 and made a speech on "Constructing Win-Win Cooperation with "One Belt and One Road". Mr. Li Jiaxiang, Chief of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), delivered a keynote speech.
Around 400 representatives and experts from governments, civil aviation enterprises and media among 24 countries participated in the conference.
China Civil Aviation Development Forum, which was initiated in 2007 by the CAAC, serves as an effective platform for specialists, business and industry representatives to interact with the aviation watchdog, as well as a primary platform for domestic and overseas airlines, airports, ATC, manufacturers, aviation schools and other global civil aviation sectors to communicate interactively on hot issues of the industry. It has attracted growing attention from enterprises, experts and scholars in recent years.
