Sep. 29, 2008
Dragonair is pleased to announce that, from October 1, its passengers can enjoy the facilities in "The Arrival", a new lounge opened by the Cathay Pacific Group to provide arriving passengers with a convenient place to freshen up before heading into town. This is the first airline-branded arrival lounge at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
The Arrival offers a range of facilities and services including a buffet dining area with a wide selection of quality food and drinks; desktop computers with Internet access and Wi-Fi connections; a full range of local and international newspapers; and eight fully equipped shower suites.
The Arrival is located in the centre passage connecting Terminal 1 with Terminal 2 at the airport. The lounge is open to First Class passengers, Gold or above members of the Marco Polo Club and oneworld Emerald passengers arriving on flights operated by Dragonair and Cathay Pacific and whose final destination is Hong Kong.
Besides The Arrival, Dragonair premium passengers can also enjoy lounge services and facilities at the Cathay Pacific Group's award-winning departure lounges in Hong Kong - the newly renovated G16 Lounge, The Wing and The Pier - as well as high-quality lounges at Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) and Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
