Flights Disrupted by Snow, Fog at Urumqi Airport

On Feb. 11, snow and fog in northwestern China affected 93 flights at Urumqi airport in the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, local authorities said.
With visibility at less than 300 meters, 80 flights were delayed at the Urumqi International Airport, while 13 others were diverted.
More than 4,000 passengers were stranded at the airport until flights resumed at 5:30 p.m.
